1) Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Frontineers GbR ("Entrepreneur") apply to all contracts for the provision of digital content and the sale of physical goods that a consumer or entrepreneur ("Customer") concludes with the Entrepreneur via its online shop. The inclusion of the Customer's own terms is hereby contradicted unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

1.3 An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.


2) Conclusion of Contract

2.1 The contents and products described in the online shop do not represent binding offers but serve to submit a binding offer by the Customer.

2.2 The Customer can submit the offer using the online order form. By completing the ordering process, the Customer submits a legally binding contract offer.

2.3 The Entrepreneur can accept the Customer’s offer within five days:

  • by sending a written or email order confirmation,
  • by providing the ordered content or products, or
  • by requesting payment from the Customer after placing the order.

2.4 Payment via PayPal is subject to PayPal’s terms of use. Payment via other methods is processed as described in the online shop.

2.5 The contract text is saved and sent to the Customer after the order has been submitted.

2.6 Customers can review and correct input errors before submitting the order.

2.7 The German language is available for the conclusion of the contract.

2.8 Order processing is usually via email. Customers must ensure the provided email address is correct.


3) Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information is in the cancellation policy.

3.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods individually produced or tailored to the Customer’s personal needs.


4) Prices and Payment Terms

4.1 Prices include statutory sales tax.

4.2 Payment options are specified in the online shop.

4.3 Advance payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.

4.5-4.7 Credit card payments may be processed via PAYONE, secupay AG, or Stripe as described.


5) Provision of Content

Digital content is provided:

  • by email
  • via download link after purchase

6) Granting of Rights of Use

6.1 Customers are granted non-exclusive, unlimited rights to use the content for private and commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Transfer to third parties is not permitted without consent.

6.3 Rights granted for digital content only take effect upon full payment.


7) Liability for Defects

Statutory liability for defects applies.


8) Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding international sale of goods law. Consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
